Which minerals does sea moss contain?Some of the minerals that seam oss contains are Zinc, Iodine, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, B Complex Vitamins, Sodium, Sulphur and Silicon. It is a great source of dietary fiber, Vitamin K, Copper, Riboflavin, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Manganese, Protein, Beta Carotene, B Vitamins, Pectin, Taurine (an amino acid usually lacking in vegan and vegetarian diets) and Vitamin C. These are all essential nutrients that you need to support and maintain healthy bodily functions.

How do I use sea moss gel?In its gel form sea mss can be consumed on its own or it can be added to your favorite coffee, protein shakes, tea, smoothies, juices, salad or as a vegan thickening agent when cooking soups and stews and more. You can also apply it directly on your skin as a face mask and on your hair as well.

Do you add anything to your sea moss gel?Our sea moss is all natural, made using fruits and herbs. The only natural preservative used is organic raw honey or agave (upon request).

How much sea moss to take daily?We recommend starting with 1 tablespoons a day. Many of our customers intake more by adding it to other foods and drinks.

Can I take too much sea moss gel?We don't recommend exceeding more than 3 tablespoons per day.

When is the best time to take sea moss?We recommend you take your sea moss gel first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) but sea moss gel can be consumed at any time during the day or night.

What does sea moss gel taste like? What is the consistency?Although sea moss is known to have a salty ocean flavor. To eliminate that issue, we infuse our sea moss in herbs and fruit. Our infused sea moss gels taste like whatever they're infused with. Sea Moss gel has the consistency of applesauce.

How long does the sea moss gel last?The sea moss gel can last up to 4 weeks in the back of your refrigerator. Ensuring the cap is secured and using a clean spoon each time can prolong the shelf life of the sea moss gel. If purchasing more than one jar, freeze the extra jar for up to four to six months.

What is the refund policy?Refunds are honored for products that may arrive defective or damaged. Ocean salt, ocean smell and ocean taste does not make it defective.

Sea Moss side effects?Since sea moss is a rich source of iodine, consuming too much iodine can cause problems with thyroid gland. It is important to talk to your doctor if you are taking any thyroid medications before consuming sea moss.
